Welcome to the KameKameHub website https://www.kamekamehub.com ("Site"). KameKameHub is an online digital goods and services platform that facilitates, among others, the sale and purchase of games, related merchandise, and other items including but not limited to game cards, gift cards, and game top-ups between game publishers or merchants and buyers or customers.
- Administration and Management
These Terms of Use govern your rights and obligations as users of the Platform administered and managed by KAMEKAMEHUB SDN BHD (COMPANY REGISTRATION NO. 201201016057 (1001568-K)) and its subsidiaries and affiliates (individually and collectively, 'KameKameHub', 'we', 'us'or 'our'). Unless otherwise provided by KameKameHub, all new platforms introduced and managed by KameKameHub shall be governed by these Terms of Use.
- Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account with KameKameHub and accessing any of the Platform, you acknowledge and accept that your usage of the Platform (or any of them) shall be governed by these Terms of Use and any other specific rules, procedures, terms, and conditions as specified in the respective item's pages, which may be amended by KameKameHub at any time or from time to time at its absolute discretion. In the event of any inconsistency, the terms and conditions specified in the respective item's pages shall prevail. Your acceptance of these terms of use shall constitute a legally binding agreement between KameKameHub and you as the user.
- Amendments
We may amend, modify, or update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes we make to these Terms of Use in the future will be published and posted on the Platform and, where appropriate, notified to you by email. Your continued access to the Platform and/or use of any of the services shall constitute your acknowledgment, acceptance, and agreement to the changes we make to these Terms of Use. - Legal Binding
These Terms of Service govern your rights and obligations as users of this Platform administered and managed by KameKameHub. The term 'KameKameHub' or 'we' or 'our' or 'us' refers to KameKameHub SDN BHD and the term 'you' refers to the user or viewer of this Platform and/or Services. These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of all of this Platform and Service owned or operated by KameKameHub. You acknowledge that you are aware of the contents of and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- General Provisions
In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other specific rules or procedures, the terms and conditions specified in the respective item's pages shall prevail.
By using the KameKameHub Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Definitions
1.1 Account: refers to your account duly registered with KameKameHub to facilitate your use of the Services available on the Platform (or any of them).
1.2 Buyer: means a person who purchases items on the Platform.
1.3 Content: includes all information, linked pages features, data, text, images, photographs, graphics, music, sounds, videos, messages, tags, content, programming, software, tools, application services (including, without limitation, any mobile application services), or other materials made available on or through the Platform or its related services.
1.4 Intellectual Property: refers to all copyrights, trademarks, service marks, brand names, logos, copyrighted information, and other intellectual properties belonging to their respective owners/publishers/developers and/or KameKameHub, respectively.
1.5 Item(s): means any goods, product, or service made available for sale on the Platform.
1.6 Legal Age: means the age at which you are legally capable of giving consent under the applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
1.7 Parties: collectively refers to KameKameHub and you, and “Party” shall mean any one of them.
1.8 Platform: collectively refers to the web Platform currently known as KameKameHub.com, KameKameHub Android APP, KameKameHub iOS APP, and any other web and/or mobile Platform administered and managed by KameKameHub.
1.9 KameKameHub Credits: refers to the electronic credit value that may be purchased by the Buyer from KameKameHub for the purchase of goods and services on the Platform.
1.10 Service(s): refers to (a) the Platform; (b) the services provided on the Platform and client software made available through the Platform, including (but not limited to) selling/reselling/retailing/purchasing games, related merchandise and items, games advertising/publishing, and game credit recharge/top-up/reload; and (c) the Content.
1.12 Submission: refers to any material, information, or idea you provide to KameKameHub by any means.
1.13 User ID: refers to the unique user identification provided to you during the registration of an Account.
1.14 Gift Card: means an electronic gift card purchased on any of the Platform which contains a stored value available for redemption on the Platform.
1.15 CD-Key: means an electronic key which is used to activate a video game.
1.16 Mobile Credits: means mobile phone credits.
1.17 Purchased Item: means your item listed on the Platform purchased by the Buyer.
1.18 GP Credits: means the electronic credit value available in the Account at any time.
1.19 Virtual Items: means collectively, virtual in-game items and virtual currency, including, without limitation, virtual coins, tokens or points acquired in the course of playing games on the Platform.
1.20 Terms of Use: refers to these Terms of Use governing your use of the Services, as may be amended from time to time at KameKameHub's sole discretion. This includes: (i) any rules, procedures, and terms of use for products, services, or facilities as determined by KameKameHub from time to time; and (ii) any documents, directives, correspondence, and agreements referred to in these Terms of Use and forming a part hereof, together with any amendments made from time to time to any of the foregoing.
1.21 Terms of Service: refers to these Terms of Service governing the use of the Services by you as may be amended at any time and from time to time as and when KameKameHub shall in its absolute discretion deems necessary and shall include: (i) any rules, procedures, Terms of Service for products, services or facilities, as determined by KameKameHub from time to time; and (ii) any documents, directives, correspondence and agreements referred to in these Terms of Service and forming a part hereof, together with any amendments made at any time or from time to time to any of the foregoing.
2. License to Use
Given your agreement to these Terms of Use and your continued compliance with them, KameKameHub grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform and Services as outlined in these terms and conditions.
3. Representations and Warranties
Each time you access the Platform (or any of them), you irrevocably and unconditionally represent and warrant that:
3.1 Legal Age: You are of Legal Age. If you are below the Legal Age, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to register an Account, and that parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms of Use on your behalf.
3.2 Accuracy of Information: Your personal information and documentation submitted, including but not limited to your full name, telephone number, correspondence address, and email address, are true and accurate. You shall promptly notify us in writing of any changes to your personal information.
3.3 Account Security: You shall keep the password to your Account secure and confidential. You shall not reveal or disclose your password to any unauthorized party and shall take all steps to prevent its disclosure to any unauthorized party.
3.4 Prohibited Actions:
- You shall not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- You shall not use the Services for any commercial purposes unless otherwise permitted by KameKameHub.
- You shall not use the Platform or Services to conduct any fraudulent, immoral, or illegal activities or activities that may infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
- You shall not use any intellectual property belonging to KameKameHub or any publishers listed on the Platform, including trademarks or trade names, without prior written consent.
- You shall not take any action that may undermine or manipulate the feedback or ratings system.
- You shall not be disruptive, offensive, or a nuisance to other users of the Platform or the employees of KameKameHub.
- You shall not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or hack the Services, or defeat or overcome any encryption technology or security measures.
- You shall not harvest or collect information about other Account holders, including personal or business information.
- You shall not upload, email, post, transmit, or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, or any other unauthorized form of solicitation.
- You shall not upload, email, post, transmit, or otherwise make available any material containing software viruses or any other computer code designed to interfere with, manipulate, interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality or integrity of any software, hardware, data, or telecommunications equipment.
- You shall not interfere with, manipulate, or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the Platform.
- You shall not take any action or engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services.
- You shall not use the Services to violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws, rules, regulations, codes, directives, guidelines, or policies.
- You shall not use the Services to circumvent any sanctions or embargo administered or enforced by law.
- You shall not reproduce, attempt to reproduce, or counterfeit KameKameHub Credits and/or Items.
- You shall not directly or indirectly recruit or poach any customers obtained through the use of the Platform.
4. User ID
4.1 To access and fully utilize the functions and features of the Platform and/or Services, you may need to create and register an account with KameKameHub by providing certain personal information. You acknowledge and agree that KameKameHub may conduct credit checks on you, including but not limited to inquiries with registered credit bureaus or reporting agencies to assess your creditworthiness. You agree to sign all necessary consent forms or provide additional documents required for such credit checks if requested by KameKameHub .
4.2 A User ID will be assigned to you, and you will be able to set the password and/or security code for your Account, subject to certain requirements that may be communicated at the time. By registering with KameKameHub , you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself, and to update this information if it changes. Failure to do so grants us the right to close your Account and any associated web pages or reports created under your Account with KameKameHub .
If we accept your application based on the information you provide and allow you to use our Services, you irrevocably agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any expenses, losses, or damages arising from any inaccurate or false statements or misrepresentations of facts submitted by you. If you choose a User ID that we, at our sole discretion, find offensive or inappropriate, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account.
5. User Responsibilities and Liabilities / User of services
5.1 Equipment and Access: You are responsible for procuring, at your own cost, the necessary equipment and software to connect to the Platform and use the Services. All third-party charges and fees related to this connection are your responsibility.
5.2 Guidelines and Procedures: It is your primary responsibility to be familiar with the guidelines and procedures for using the Services issued by KameKameHub. KameKameHub is not liable for any errors, losses, or damages resulting from your use of the Services.
5.3 Account Security: You are responsible for securing your Account information. Any notification or confirmation received by KameKameHub from your Account will be considered issued by you, regardless of whether it was issued by a third party. You are bound by such notifications or confirmations.
5.4 Liability for Notifications: KameKameHub is not liable for acting on notifications or confirmations sent through your Account. KameKameHub is not required to verify the authenticity or authority of the sender. Such notifications or confirmations are irrevocable and binding upon receipt by KameKameHub , regardless of any errors, fraud, or misunderstandings.
5.5 Notification of Issues: You must immediately notify KameKameHub if you receive incomplete, garbled, or inaccurate data or information from KameKameHub . You must also notify KameKameHub if you receive any data or information not intended for you and delete it from your Account.
5.6 Discretionary Use of Services: KameKameHub may, at its absolute discretion, refuse or permit you to use the Services without providing any reason or notice.
5.7 Prohibited Activities: Unless permitted by KameKameHub in writing, you shall not:
- Upload, post, email, transmit, or make available any unauthorized or illegal activities on the Platform or directly to other users.
Upload, post, email, transmit, or make available any material containing software viruses or other code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment, including the Platform.
5.8 Updates and Notifications: You irrevocably and unconditionally allow KameKameHub to send updates on services and events to your Account.
5.9 Third-Party Links: The Platform may contain links to third-party sites. These links are provided for convenience only, and KameKameHub is not responsible for the content of any linked site or any changes or updates to such sites. Accessing these links is at your own risk.
5.10 Content Exposure: By accessing or using the Platform, you may be exposed to content that you find offensive, indecent, or objectionable. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KameKameHub is not liable for any content, including errors or omissions, or any loss or damage incurred from using or relying on any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available on the Platform.
6. Virtual Items and Account License Terms
6.1 All items, including virtual items, displayed in your KameKameHub account are granted under a limited and revocable license. You do not own these items but have the license to use them according to terms set by KameKameHub, which may be updated from time to time.
6.2 The value of any items reflected in the account does not represent real currency value and cannot be exchanged for real cash.
6.3 Unless explicitly permitted by KameKameHub in writing, you are prohibited from selling, transferring, or otherwise disposing of these items to any other persons, both within and outside the confines of the platform.
7. Services Availability
7.1 Beta Releases
- Services are generally available daily unless specified otherwise.
- Some services or features may be released in beta or trial versions, which may not function correctly. KameKameHub is not liable for any issues arising from beta versions.
- Services may be unavailable at times due to maintenance, platform malfunctions, or other reasons beyond KameKameHub’s control. No warranty is provided for the availability of services.
7.2 Identity Verification
- KameKameHub may require identity verification to confirm account ownership for various purposes, including:
- Compliance with authorities to combat suspicious or unlawful activities, anti-money laundering, and terrorism funding.
- Taking action against unauthorized account usage.
- Resolving ownership disputes.
- Users authorize KameKameHub and its third-party providers to make inquiries and collect necessary documentation for identity verification. Users must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information that can be legally verified.
7.3 Changes to Services
- KameKameHub reserves the right to change, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform or services at any time, with or without notice, and without liability.
- Limits may be imposed on certain features, and access to parts of or the entire platform or services may be restricted at KameKameHub’s discretion.
7.4 Software Evaluation and Account Reviews
- For enhancement and improvement purposes, KameKameHub may periodically evaluate the software to assess performance.
- Users grant KameKameHub permission to conduct periodic reviews of their accounts, including assessing activities and transactions on the platform.
7.5 Account Maintenance Fee
- If services are not utilized for a continuous period of twelve (12) months, KameKameHub may charge a maintenance fee for the account.
7.6 Termination and Restrictions
- KameKameHub can immediately terminate, discontinue, withdraw, or suspend user access to services without notice.
- Conditions or restrictions on the use of services can be imposed without notice.
8. Reliability of Platform
- You understand that all transactions conducted on the Platform are facilitated through telecommunication and data networks.
- You recognize that receiving notifications from KameKameHub, and vice versa, may be delayed or disrupted due to factors impacting the relevant service providers and other involved parties.
- You accept that KameKameHub cannot ensure the immediate delivery of such notifications or confirmations. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to take all necessary steps to check and verify the transaction history of your account.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All copyrights, trademarks, and service marks belong to their respective owners, publishers, or developers, and KameKameHub is not affiliated with any of these owners, publishers, or developers in any way. All services offered on the Platform are provided by KameKameHub, not by the owners, publishers, or developers.
10. Account

- You shall immediately notify KameKameHub if you are aware or believe your Account has been hacked or compromised.

- You shall be liable for all transactions conducted through your Account at any time prior to the receipt by KameKameHub of your notification as stated in Clause 14.
11. Disclosure of Information
KameKameHub shall be entitled, and you irrevocably and unconditionally consent and authorize KameKameHub, to the extent permitted by law, to disclose or release any information pertaining to you or your transactions through the Platform at its absolute discretion to:

- Persons required under applicable law;

- Persons or entities pursuant to any governmental directive or court order;

- Enforce these Terms of Use;
-
- Respond to your customer service requests;
-
- Any other party KameKameHub deems fit.
Except as otherwise permitted in these Terms of Use, KameKameHub will not disclose your personal information to any other party without prior notification to you.
12. Applicable Laws and Indemnity

- These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict or choice of law principles. Any dispute, legal action, or proceeding arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts, unless KameKameHub at its sole discretion opts for settlement via arbitration in Malaysia or otherwise.

- Your use of the Services shall be governed by the jurisdiction where the contracting entity of KameKameHub is domiciled. Where required, you must obtain the approval, consent, or permission of the relevant regulatory authorities before using the Services. For cross-border transactions, you must comply with the laws of the countries involved.

- You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold KameKameHub and its shareholders, subsidiaries, affiliates, related entities, directors, officers, agents, representatives, co-branders, and employees (collectively, the 'Indemnified Parties') harmless from any and all claims, actions, proceedings, suits, liabilities, damages, settlements, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses (including legal costs and dispute resolution expenses) arising out of or relating to: (i) your violation or breach of any of these Terms of Use or any referenced policy or guideline; (ii) your use or misuse of the Platform or Services; or (iii) your breach of any laws or third-party rights.
13. Suspension, Termination, Cancellation of Services
KameKameHub may cancel the Services (or any part thereof) at any time without prior notice to you. After cancellation, the Services may be reinstated at KameKameHub's absolute discretion under new Terms of Use.
13.1 You may deactivate your Account at any time by notifying us, subject to any applicable closure fees. KameKameHub reserves the right to suspend or block access to the Services for any reason, at any time, and under any conditions it deems fit. Grounds for suspension or termination may include, but are not limited to:

- Inactivity of the Account for 36 months or any other period determined by KameKameHub;

- Having multiple user accounts or allowing unauthorized persons to use the Account;
-
- Dishonesty, suspected fraud, illegality, criminality, or misrepresentation in your Account or use of the Platform/Services;
-
- Breach or suspected breach of these Terms of Use or any applicable terms and conditions;
-
- Violation of any laws, rules, regulations, or policies by any authority;
-
- Acting in bad faith, malicious intent, or behavior harmful, defamatory, or abusive to other users, third parties, or KameKameHub;
-
- Your name being listed under any regulatory watchlist related to terrorism, financing, bribery, or corruption;
-
- Compliance with court orders or governmental/regulatory authorities;
-
- Submission of false documents or information during registration or application; and/or
-
- Failure to provide requested additional verification information.
13.2 Use of the Platform, Services, and/or Account for suspicious, fraudulent, illegal, harassing, defamatory, threatening, or abusive purposes may be reported to law enforcement authorities without notice to you.
13.3 Upon cancellation or termination of the Services:

- Unused KameKameHub Credits may be refunded if feasible, or you may be allowed to use them for a specified period;
-
- You must immediately pay all outstanding fees and charges, failing which KameKameHub may pursue civil actions against you;
-
- KameKameHub may decide not to act on any request received after the termination effective date;
-
- KameKameHub may decide not to act on any request received between the notice date and termination effective date; and
-
- KameKameHub is authorized to deduct all money owed by you from any amounts payable to you for delivered Purchased Items.
13.4 If access to the Platform or Services is suspended or terminated due to suspicious, fraudulent, illegal, or unlawful transactions, you will not be able to use your KameKameHub Credits or receive any refunds. KameKameHub may retain or deal with any money or refunds at its discretion or release them to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. You shall not claim any compensation for any resulting loss.
13.5 Any provision of these Terms of Use intended to remain effective and binding after Account deactivation or Service termination shall survive such termination.
14. Notices
All notices, demands, requests, or other communications under these Terms of Use shall be in writing and sufficiently given or made by hand delivery, registered post, electronic mail, or via the communication channel available on the Platform to the contact details notified by one party to the other.
Notice shall be deemed given:

- In the case of hand delivery, upon receipt of written acknowledgment signed by the recipient;

- In the case of registered post, five (5) business days after posting;
-
- In the case of email or the Platform's communication channel, on the day of transmission, provided no failure or undeliverable message is received within that day.
In addition, any notice, document, or communication given by KameKameHub to you shall be deemed served by:

- Posting the notice or communication on the Platform;
-
- Notices placed through any media; or
-
- Any manner of notification KameKameHub deems appropriate at its absolute discretion.
Notices and documents you are required to send to KameKameHub under these Terms of Service must be sent by registered post to the KameKameHub address listed on the Platform. Such notices or documents are deemed served when received by KameKameHub. Notices and documents KameKameHub is required to send to you shall be sent by electronic mail to your last known email address, posting on the Platform, in written communications, through any media, or any manner KameKameHub deems fit. These notices are deemed served and received by you on the day following the sending of such notice or document.
15. Waiver And Severance

Any failure by KameKameHub to enforce any one or more of these Terms of Use at any time or for any period shall not be deemed a waiver of them or the right to enforce these Terms of Use at any time thereafter.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is declared by any judicial or competent authority to be void, voidable, illegal, or otherwise unenforceable, KameKameHub shall amend that provision in a reasonable manner to achieve the intended purpose of KameKameHub, or, at KameKameHub's discretion, it may be severed from these Terms of Use, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
16. Variation
- These Terms of Use may be modified, added to, deleted or varied by KameKameHub by way of posting on the Platform or in any such other manner as KameKameHub may in its absolute discretion determine.
- You agree that continued use of the Services shall constitute your acceptance of these Terms of Use (as modified and varied from time to time).
17. Assignment
You may not assign your rights under these Terms of Service without the prior written consent of KameKameHub
18. Binding Effect
These Terms of Use shall be binding on your heirs, personal and legal representatives, estate, successors-in-title and permitted assigns (where applicable) you.
19. Return Policy
Any form of Voucher Code, Voucher PIN, CD Key, Gift Card, Time Card, Expansion, GP Credits, Game Credits, Pre-paid Card, Telco Credits, or Game Key purchased into your account is neither refundable nor exchangeable.
Disclaimer:
Softpin
- Does not include manuals, installation CDs, box, physical card, or any other physical elements. You will be able to view your code(s) on your order transaction page after the completion of your order.
- Once you have completed the purchase of any Pre-Order, CD Key, Time Card, Game Expansion, Game Points, Prepaid Card, Trial/Beta/Item Code, or Game Key from KameKameHub, it means you agree that all information you have entered is accurate and correct.
- Any purchase of Pre-Order, CD Key, Time Card, Expansion, Game Points, Prepaid Card, Trial/Beta/Item Code, or Game Key from KameKameHub is non-refundable, non-transferable, and not exchangeable once sold.
- KameKameHub reserves the right to amend any of the terms and conditions above without prior notice.
Direct Top Up
- Please read the product description thoroughly and confirm that the game name, server, game user ID, character name, account name, and the amount purchased are correct.
- KameKameHub assumes no liability for wrong purchases made by the customer due to negligence and/or incorrect information provided, which may result in damages, losses, or incorrect top-ups. By purchasing any products from KameKameHub, the customer understands, acknowledges, and accepts this release of liability.
